
Dr. Cecil White is a project and operations management consultant with over 30 years’leadership experience in the public and private sectors. He has been an adjunct lecturer and consultant at the Mona School of Business and Management for over 10 years. Additionally, he has held several executive level positions including chief executive officer of the University Hospital of the West Indies, and vice president operations at the National Health Fund. Dr White earned a doctorate in education from Nova Southeastern University, an MBA from Barry University, and a BSc from the University of the West Indies. He also holds the Project Management Professional, Professional Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt credentials.
